Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes (120 ml)
1/2 cup Greek-style plant based yoghurt (120 ml)
1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh blueberries (60 ml)

Topping:
1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon gluten-free oats
pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
+ blueberries
ā¢
1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the toppings)
2. Pour the mixture into a glass or a bowl
4. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
5. Before serving make the topping by mixing all the ingredient together. Add it on top of the overnight oats and enjoy!
