Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower Wings

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all of the sauce in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 450°F
Step 3
Cut the cauliflower into florets. The smaller they are, the faster they will cook and softer they will get.
Step 4
Whisk together the flour and milk in a bowl.
Step 5
Toss the cauliflower in the batter until thoroughly coated.
Step 6
Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet with parchment paper in a single layer.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly less done than you want them.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
Step 9
Return to oven for another 5 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and gently flip and toss the cauliflower in the sauce on the sheet to coat.
Step 11
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
