Instructions
Step 1
• Sauté red onion until translucent then add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes; set aside
Step 2
• In a food processor add your pecans, chickpeas, flour (You can throw in oats instead of oat flour as well if you don't feel like making your grinder dirty like me lol) and cooked beets and blend
Step 3
• Pour your mixture from the processor into a bowl with red onion and garlic and add spices and parsley and mix well
Step 4
• Shape patties (I got 8) and bake at 400F for 30 min or until done (if you like crispier outside flip half way through)
