Sausage and potato pie

This was inspired by a pinch of nom recipe I saw which used bacon instead of sausage. I only had sausages and it worked perfectly. I added beans as I had some that needed using but you can pair it with anything.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to gas mark 6.
Step 2
Add oil to an oven proof dish and put in the oven to warm up.
Step 3
Dice onion and slice potatoes.
Step 4
Chop sausages into bitesize chunks and make stock.
Step 5
Take dish out of the oven and put a layer of potatoes over the bottom. Cover with onion and then sausage. Repeat this until all ingredients are used.
Step 6
Add stock and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Cook for 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
