Instructions

Step 1
In a frying pan add butter, sugar, milk and allow it simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes

Next add fried plantain and simmer for 2 minutes add in salt stir and turn off stove.

Serve with whatever you like and enjoy!

Note: If you want more sauce use more milk.
