CHOC CHIP COOKIE BAKED OATS πͺπ₯
Such an easy but delicious way of eating dessert for breakfast!
Literally tastes like a giiiiant cookie with milk - just a bit more healthy π
need:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup (dairy-free) milk
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp maple syrup (or any other sweatener)
1/2 tsp baking powder
splash vanilla extract
chocolate chips / drops
opt: 1 tbsp protein powder + splash milk
lots of chocolate chips for the batter and to top with
do:
Mix your ingredients for the oats and pour the batter into an oven save dish.
Top with chocolate chips and bake at 180C (360F) for 15-20 mins.
If you want poor over some milk for that cookie + milk experience and ENJOY!
