Kärleksmums is a Swedish chocolate cake with a chocolate coffee glaze and tons of coconut on top! It’s both spongy and fudgy. It’s an absolutely must try!

Instructions

Step 1
- Put the oven at 175 C or 350F - Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add brown sugar, milk and blend that together in the pan - Mix egg and sugar until fluffy - Add all the other dry ingredients in the egg-sugar mixture - Add the butter mixture -Blend well - Add to your form and place it in the oven for 20 min

The glaze

Step 2
- Melt the butter in the microwave - Add all the dry ingredients - Add the coffee - Blend until no lumps - Wait for the cake to fully cool down before pouring the glaze on top (Tips: make holes on the cake so that the frosting gets in everywhere making it more delicious and fudgy, it’s a game changer) - Top off with coconut flakes! - Enjoy!
