Griddled Spice Chicken

Chicken breast marinated in 3 spices served with a side of choice

Instructions
Step 1
Add the Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Granules and Olive Oil to a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Slice diagonally into the chicken breast about 3/4 of the way through.
Step 3
Add the breast into the bowl and rub the marinade into the chicken ensuring the marinade is rubbed evenly into the slices and all over the chicken.
Step 4
Allow to marinate for about 10-15 mins.
Step 5
Heat a griddle, griddle pan or frying pan.
Step 6
Once hot add the chicken breast, keep turning the chicken every two mins until cooked( check the chicken is cooked all the way through)
Step 7
Remove from the heat and allow to rest for about 2 mins.
Step 8
Slice the chicken through the pre cuts and serve with salad, mashed potatoes or your favourite side.
Step 9
