Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400oF

Spread cauliflower on sheet pan; drizzle with oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss to coat; spread in a single layer.
Step 3
Roast 30 minutes or until cauliflower is browned and very tender, stirring once. Transfer to medium bowl; stir in barbecue sauce.
Step 4
Unroll pizza dough on cutting board. Stretch into 11x17-inch rectangle; cut into quarters. Place one fourth of onion on half of each piece of dough. Too with one fourth of cauliflower and 1/4 cup cheese. Bring dough over filling; roll and pinch edges to seal. Place on baking sheet. Spray with nonstick cooking spray or brush with oil to help crust brown.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.
