Instructions
Step 1
In a casserole, add milk and heat it up until it reaches the temperature of 90C (190F).
Step 2
Turn heat off, add lemon juice and stir for a couple of mins or until your milk starts curdling.
Step 3
Cover with a lid and let it rest for 10 mins.
Step 4
Place a cheese mould or sieve on a shallow dish.
Step 5
Add your cheese curds/ liquid in your mould and let it rest for 15 mins or until it cools down.
Step 6
Remove excess liquid, cover your cheese with cling film and rest in the fridge overnight.
Step 7
Enjoy!
