Instructions
Step 1
1. Pan fry chicken or prawns in little olive oil. Season with normal Seasoning and set aside in a bowl.

2. Fry frozen white onions in 1 tsp butter with fresh garlic. Add Sliced mushrooms. Let this cook for a bit. Then add vegetable stock cube (I prefer the jelly ones) and lots of Seasoning.

3. Add double cream to mushrooms and stir for few minutes. Add your meat back to the pan.
Step 4
4. Cook fresh Tagliatelle as per the instructions on the pack - it doesn't take long at all. Once done throw it in to the creamy mix.
Step 5
5. Always do a taste test and add more Seasoning if required.
