Instructions

Step 1
Marinate turkey wings with oil, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to over night

Step 2
Set oven to 350 degrees. Add turkey wings, 1 cup chicken broth, mushrooms, and onions to large baking dish. Then cut up butter and place on top of wings. cover for about 1 hour.

Step 3
Baste turkey wings after 1 hour. I also like to flip them at this point. Bake until golden on top. About 30 minutes. Then flip turkey wings and bake for another 30 minutes until tender.
Step 4
After they are tender pull out and add the 5 packs of gravy. Use 3 cups of chicken broth to mix with the gravy packets then pour in. Bake for 12 minutes each side.
