Chanukah Poppy Seed Cookies

I must try to make these this year, if I am up to it. If not, I may make it for Purim. I love poppy seed cookies like this following recipe. They remind me of my beloved maternal grandmother.

Instructions

Step 1
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, orange rind, and juice. Stir in dry ingredients.

Roll out thin and cut into desired shapes.
Step 3
Bake at 350 degrees. Check after 10 minutes. Remove when browned.
