These potatoes are absolutely AMAZING. Soft to the touch, filled with delicious flavor and so easy to make! Perfect side dish. I added extra slices of lemons once it was done and squeezed some extra juice on there because I love that lemon flavor.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut your potatoes into wedges
Step 3
Place your potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish

Add your peeled garlic cloves

Season with salt, pepper, oregano and I used extra poultry seasoning that had thyme and basil included.
Step 6
Add the juice of one lemon to the dish.
Step 7
Add in the olive oil. Then toss, mix well.
Step 8
Add in the chicken broth and water.
Step 9
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and keep covered while baking.
Step 10
Bake for 1hr and 20 mins.
