Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup/agave and vanilla extract. Note: if using flavored yogurt, skip this step.
Step 2
Place parchment paper over a small baking sheet.
Step 3
Spread the yogurt in an even, thin layer over the parchment paper, about ¼ inch thick.
Step 4
Evenly distribute toppings over the yogurt as desired and gently use your hands to press the toppings into the yogurt.
Step 5
Freeze for 3-4 hours until hardened. Cut into 6 pieces.
Step 6
Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
