Instructions
Step 1
Cut your chicken breasts into 6 pieces.
Spicy marinade
Step 2
Into a ziplock bag, add 3 tablespoons of Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chipotle chilli paste and 1 chopped chilli (minus the seeds).

Then add your chicken. Lock the bag and rub the marinade into the chicken. Then, leave in the fridge for an 1 and a half hours.
Cool marinade
Step 4
Into a ziplock bag, add the juice of a lemon.
Step 5
Then add your chicken. Next, lock the bag and rub the marinade into the chicken. Then the place in the fridge for 1 and a half hours.
Sticky marinade
Step 6
Place a saucepan on a high heat.
Step 7
Into the saucepan add 3 generous squeezes of tomato ketchup followed by 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce.
Step 8
Give it a stir and place it into a ziplock bag to chill. Once chilled add your chicken and rub the marinade in.
Step 9
Now leave in the fridge for the remaining amount of time of the other chicken marinades.
Preparing the skewers
Step 10
Chop the onions into 6 large chunks and place on your skewers.

Then the same with the pepper.
Step 12
And the chillis.
Step 13
Put these on a plate and cover with cling film. Then leave in the fridge.
Cooking the skewers
Step 14
Take the chicken and place them on the skewers.
Step 15
Put into an oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 mins.
