1. Wash and cut up as much strawberries as you desire and place in blender. (personally I love strawberries so I use around 15-20).
2. Then take a half cup of coconut water and pour in blender (I used a can coconut water so I used half the can. You can also pour in a small amount at a time to the consistency you like your smoothie to be).
3. Wash and place blueberries and raspberries in the blender along with frozen soursop pulp and 1 tablespoon of seamoss gel.
4. Blend for about 5 min or as you like your consistency which at this point you may chose to add more coconut water.
