Adding matcha to your chia seed pudding not only makes it taste better but more nutritious, too. Use your favorite fruit and a little honey to satisfy your sweet tooth. Finally, add some roasted kirimochi and you have a yummy & healthy snack. Enjoy!

Step 1
Combine chia seeds, oat milk, matcha powder & optional honey. Stir well. Cover and keep in fridge for 2 hours or best overnight. Stir again right before serving.
Step 2
Heat nonstick pan over medium high heat. Toast Japanese rice cakes on both sides till puffy and golden. (I like them a little charred). This will take a few minutes.
Step 3
Layer matcha chia seed pudding, yogurt, strawberries, banana, kiwi and toasted Japanese rice cakes.
Step 4
Drizzle honey over everything and enjoy!
