Instructions
Step 1
Put salt cardamom mastic and onion (whole) and water on medium heat till boils
Step 2
After boiling add pigeons and leave them to boild together fot 20mins (The water should be high enough to just cover the pigeon if not add more water)
Step 3
Remove the onion and the cardamom from the water
Step 4
Move the pigeon with its water to a clay pot add 1 tbsp ghee, rice, milk, cooking cream and put in the oven at 180°C after 20 mins add the rest of the ghee and the cream and leave for and extra 15 to 25 mins
