Instructions

Step 1
1. Boil two litres of water in pot on high flame
Step 2
2. Add spinach leaves in hot water and cook on high for 2 minutes
Step 3
3. Take out of hot water, strain and pour a little cold water into the leaves (put in blending jar and keep aside)

4. Heat a pan on the stove and add oil
Step 5
5. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger, garlic and onions
Step 6
6. Mix and fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
Step 7
7. Add chopped tomato and mix, cooking it on medium flame until it turns a little soft

8. Turn off flames and let cool then add to blender and blend into a paste

9. Add a little water and blend again

10. Using the same pan, add oil and heat up, reducing to low flame when it has heated

11. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder coriander powder and cumin powder, then mix

12. Add the prepared paste into the pan and stir

13. Cover pan and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, then stir again
Step 14
14. Add fresh cream and mix
Step 15
15. Add garam masala powder and salt to taste, mixing again
Step 16
16. Add paneer cubes, stir gently and let cook for 2 minutes of low flame with lid covered
