Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into 8 pieces and put into a flat container. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over tofu making sure its all covered. Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, up to overnight.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400. Oil the bottom of a baking pan.
Step 3
Put tofu in one layer on pan pouring any remaining marinade on top.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
