Instructions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients.
Step 2
Mix together liquid ingredients.
Step 3
Make a well in dry ingredients. Pour in liquid & stir.
Step 4
Grease & flour two 9" x 5 1/2" loaf pans.
Step 5
Pour batter into pans. Sprinkle two Tbsp. sugar on top of each loaf.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min.
For muffins:
Step 7
Grease & flour 24 muffin tins.
Step 8
Spoon batter into tins. Don't sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 9
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
