you can also put some silken tofu into the soup for some protein and u can substitute the bouillon with miso paste if u want

Step 1
stem your mushrooms and cut into small pieces

peel your carrot and cut into small pieces
Step 3
get a pot and add your oil
Step 4
put in the carrots and the mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are brown

add your bouillon and then the water and cook for like 10-15 minutes
