Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together egg, milk, butter, sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add sifted flour and baking powder and whisk again until you get a smooth batter.
Step 3
Heat the pan on medium heat, and add oil (just to cover the bottom of the pan)
Step 4
Pour in a pancake batter, and place a sausage on top of it( closer to the side of the pancake), add about 1tsp grated cheese.
Step 5
When the bottom of the pancake is browned, fold the other side of pancake.Fry for 1 minute, then flip.
Step 6
Reduce the heat, cover with the lid and cook until ready. Repeat until better finish.
Step 7
Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
