Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease small casserole dish with the olive oil.
Step 2
In a medium bowl toss the apple slices with the salt and w-1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Spread the apples in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk, honey, and remaining teaspoon cinnamon over medium heat, stirring frequently. When it reaches a simmer, remove the pan from the heat and cover to keep warm.
Step 4
Divide the apple slices between 2 dessert plates and pour the sauce over the apples. Serve warm.
