Step 2
We will start off with the chicken(or vegan option) , turn on the stove and heat up some oil
Step 3
While the oil is heating up start chopping up your onion, garlic and tomato and put these in the pan

While these 3 are baking nice and gold make sure your “chicken” is clean and put it in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.

Keep an eye on your pan and mix everything every now and then, after 2 min turn the chicken and bake the other side

While the other side is baking start seasoning the chicken with seasoning to your like and after 2 min turn the chicken and season the other side

Let the chicken bake till its completely done and take it out and put it on a separate plate

Keep the stove on and put some chopped mushrooms in that same pan .

While they baking put spinach in the pan aswell and as it shrinks you can put some more.

Season the spinach with some garlic powder and adobo mix it and let it bake for 2 min and turn the stove off

While you put everything on the side you start preparing your salad.

Grab a bowl and put and Chop half of the cucumber and 1 avocado for your salad. Put the salad in the bowl and your cut cucumber and avocado.

Mix them up and put 3 tb spoons of sour creme in the bowl aswell.

Add a little handful of shredded cheese and some garlic powder, herbal salad seasoning and some black pepper and start mixing everything together

Chop up the chicken you put aside

Grab a plate and put the salad on the plate with the chicken on top and add some of the spinach mixture on the side and you have it !
