I had to try this and you know what? It’s surprisingly so good! If you like the crust part of kimchi jeon, this is must🧡 It’s also zero waste hehe

Instructions
Step 1
Only kimchi juice will be used in this recipe. I recommed to use leftover kimchi juice

Add jeon powder (aka buchimgaru).

Add water and check its consistency. If it’s too watery, add more jeon powder.

Mix well!
Step 5
Add enough oil on the pan and scoop over kimchi jeon mix to cook.
Step 6
Cook it on low heat so every side is cooked crunch. Serve with soy sauce or makkoli😎
