2 Tbspkimchi liquid
2spring onion
sliced
50gplain flour
4 Tbspcornflour
¼ tspsugar

vegetable oil

For the Dipping Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. mix all the dry pancake ingredients together in a bowl
Step 2
2. gradually add the water while stirring at the same time, stir until you have a smooth batter
Step 3
3. add the kimchi juice, kimchi, whites of the spring onion & mix well
Step 4
4. pour the mixture into an oiled pan & cook until crisp on both sides
Step 5
5. mix all the dipping sauce ingredients together & serve everything up topped with the remaining spring onion
