Hawaiian Savory Stew
In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in water. Add seitan,
singer, soy sauce, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomatoes, vegetable
broth, salt, pepper, bay leaves, and water to cover. Cook until veg
tables are tender. Stir in whole-wheat flour and continue to cook
until mixture thickens. Add hot pepper sauce if desired.
