Instructions
Step 1
With no oil, brown fillets in a large pot
Step 2
Add the jar of apple sauce to the pot. Fill the jar about half way with water and shake. Add watered apple sauce to pot.
Step 3
Add the 1 cup of barbecue sauce in the pot. Mix ingredients together until fully combine and the meat is covered with sauce.
Step 4
Put the lid of the pot on. Leave to cook for 1 hour.
Step 5
Take the fillets out using tongs and roughly chop them up / shred. Add the meat back to the pot. Stir the meat and sauce together - serve.
