Instructions
Step 1
In a stand mixer add all ingredients and knead for 7 minutes, rest dough for 2 minutes and knead for 5 minutes, rest dough for a minute and knead again for 5 minutes.
Step 2
(You can also do this by hand for 20-25 minutes)
Step 3
Next divid into 6 equals and arrange in a baking dish and allow to proof for 2 1/2 hours
Step 4
Next bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes on 160c
