Instructions
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil and water. Add to dry mixture. Mix thoroughly and knead to elastic stage, adding 80g of butter whilst kneading. Leave to rest till dough doubles in size. The rest of the butter is used for hands when making the shapes of rolls as desired. Leave to rise again for 15min. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven(thermofan) for 30-45 minutes . Whilst hot dab with sweet syrup or butter. Syrup: mix 2 Tablespoons sugar with 1 tablespoon hot water.
