2 lbElbow Macaroni
8 ozcream cheese
3 cupsMilk
whole preferred
1 lbChicken
Cooked, Shredded or Canned
1 BottleBuffalo Wing Sauce
Use your favorite or make your own
3 tablespoonsbutter
3 tablespoonsflour
2 cupSharp Cheddar
freshly shredded for best results
2 cupsGouda
freshly shredded for best results
1 teaspoonmustard powder
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
bleu cheese crumbles
optional
bread crumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and start water boiling in pot for macaroni

Shred cheese
Step 3
Cook pasta, per box instructions (usually about 7 min)
Step 4
Make a Rue (melt butter in medium saucepot. then stir in flour), cook out the four for a minute or two, then slowly whisk in the 3 cups of milk.
Step 5
Heat milk till nearly simmering, then add mustard powder and slowly work in both shredded cheese until melted and somewhat smooth.
Step 6
Work cream cheese into the now formed cheese sauce, then add the Buffalo wing sauce. (you may add this o taste, 1 cup is usually a good starting point, but adjust to your tastes.)
Step 7
Grease a 9x13 pan or ceramic dish.
Step 8
In the pan or separate bowl, Mix together the Cheese sauce, the chicken, the bleu cheese crumbles, and the noodles. Then place in pan if mixed separately.
Step 9
Optionally: Top with bread crumb
Bake for 45 min at 350F (177C)
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
