Instructions

Step 1
Cut the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown

Spread the bottom half with cream cheese an add the parsley
Step 3
Cut the avocado into thick slices and place it on the bagel Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil.
Step 4
Cut the dried tomatoes into slices as well and add it to the avocado
Step 5
Finish with the salad leaf
