Instructions
Step 1
In a stock pot, heat 2 table- spoons oil.
Step 2
Sauté onions and garlic until soft, about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add turnips, chorizo, stock and water, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add greens, beans, parsley, pa- prika and 1 teaspoon salt.
Step 6
Simmer 30 minutes more.
Step 7
Salt to taste and garnish with olive oil.
