Instructions

Step 1
Mix dough ingredients. Will need more, but this is the ratio from online. Use kitchen aid. Once done, remove from mixer and let rest for 1 hr
Step 2
Divide into even balls. Let rest for 15min
Step 3
Use rolling pin to roll out each ball. Once flat, rub oil on both sides and set aside
Step 4
Stretch out each kulac. Fold outer edge over 2 inches, add meat and roll up.
Step 5
Add oil or butter to the top and put in oven. Cook at 425 until golden
Step 6
Take out of oven. Sprinkle water all over the burek. Place towel over and let cool down
