Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken in water with all seasoning
Step 2
Fry rice until browned and then add chopped jalapeños
Step 3
Fry a little longer and add rotel tomatoes
Step 4
Add one cup of broth from chicken, drained can of pinto beans and top with shredded chicken
Step 5
Bring rice mixture to a boil & cover
Step 6
Reduce heat to low & let it all simmer until rice is soft (about 20 minutes)
