When I make this recepie, I use ingredients from my own garden, so some ingredients may be hard to get, but the salad is delicious. Don't forget to wash your hands before making it though!

Instructions
Step 1
First, take the sorrel and cut the stems off, then cut the leaves into squares

Next, do the same to the kale as you did to the sorrel

Cut the sweet peppers' tops off, removing the seeds. Then, cut them into little rings about 0.5 cm (≈0.25 in).

After that, grab a bowl and place the sorrel and kale in first, then the pepper rings. Mix it up with a fork

Add in your salt, pepper, lemon, and rosemary, then mix it again with a fork. You can always decide not to put some of these in, or, if you are making multiple servings, I would advise cutting down on the lemon by half of what is for more than 3 servings.
