Chile Cream Sauce

A dollop of this sauce can completely change Huevos Rancheros or a steamy bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. Its creamy freshness and taste of chile are delicious!
NOTE: I modified this slightly from the original recipe, because I cannot stand fat-free mayonnaise, and I prefer to use Greek yogurt to sour cream. - Papa Bear.
