For the Chicken
2 lbchicken thighs
1 tspcumin
1 tspchili powder
1 tsptumeric
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspsalt
1 tspcayenne powder
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbspginger paste
½ cupsgreek yogurt
The Rest
½ cuponions
2 Tbspbutter
or ghee
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbspginger paste
1 cupcrushed tomatoes
1 tspchili powder
1 tspsalt
Garam Masala Seasoning Mix
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces

Step 2
Mix with the seasoning blend and let marinate
cumin1 tsp
chili powder1 tsp
tumeric1 tsp
garam masala1 tsp
salt1 tsp
cayenne powder1 tsp
garlic paste1 Tbsp
ginger paste1 Tbsp
greek yogurt½ cups
Step 3
Sear the chicken on both sides in a hot skillet, only partially and then move the chicken to a separate container
Step 4
Use Butter or Ghee to the warmed up skillet and add onions

Add in the garlic, ginger and crushed tomatoes

Step 6
Transfer all contents to a blender and add chili powder and salt. Blend until smooth

Transfer contents into the skillet and add the Garam Masala seasoning mix

heavy cream½ cup

Step 8
Add the chicken back in and cook for another 10 minutes
