Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces

Mix with the seasoning blend and let marinate

garam masalagaram masala1 tsp
saltsalt1 tsp
cayenne powdercayenne powder1 tsp
garlic pastegarlic paste1 Tbsp
ginger pasteginger paste1 Tbsp
greek yogurtgreek yogurt½ cups
Step 3
Sear the chicken on both sides in a hot skillet, only partially and then move the chicken to a separate container
Step 4
Use Butter or Ghee to the warmed up skillet and add onions

Add in the garlic, ginger and crushed tomatoes

Transfer all contents to a blender and add chili powder and salt. Blend until smooth

Transfer contents into the skillet and add the Garam Masala seasoning mix

Add the chicken back in and cook for another 10 minutes
