Instructions

Step 1
Caramelize the onion - here are some instructions if you need them (https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/how_to_caramelize_onions/)
Step 2
Once the onion is almost done, add the minced garlic and stir, cooking for 1 minute more

Steam the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes or until tender-crisp
Step 4
Place the ricotta on a towel or paper towels and press out any excess moisture
Step 5
Preheat oven with a baking stone to 475 degrees F and prep a pizza peel with cornmeal
Step 6
Roll out and press dough into a 10" round, piercing evenly with a fork if desired
Step 7
Evenly brush olive oil over the prepared pizza dough
Step 8
Sprinkle gouda evenly over the dough
Step 9
Crumble the ricotta evenly over the dough, followed by the onion garlic mixture, cauliflower, and chopped thyme
Step 10
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
Step 11
Slide pizza on the pizza stone and bake until crust is golden and cheese is melty (10-20 minutes)
Step 12
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
