For the marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients excluding the flank steak in a bowl to make the marinade.
Step 2
Chop steak into bite-size pieces and marinate in seasoning for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat until it begins to shimmer.
Step 4
Add steak and pan fry until preferred doneness. Medium rare to medium is best (red to pink in middle).
