Step 1
Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Brown the ground meat with the vegetables. Pour off fat. Add In all liquid ingredients and tomatoes. Next add in spices. Stir well. Crush up lasagna noddles and add to pot. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Cover and simmer until noodles soft and sauce is thick.
