Step 1
Start by pan-frying the tomato purée in a splash of sesame oil along with the curry powder, chilli flakes and garlic over a medium heat. After about 2 minutes, add the onion and peppers and continue to fry for a few more minutes before crumbling in half a stock cube and adding a splash more sesame oil. Fry for a final minute, while stirring, season to taste and serve.
