Step 1
Saute the chicken thighs in the olive oil for about 4 minutes on one side, undisturbed. Add the red peppers, potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed tomatoes and water. Gently mix it around without flipping the chicken. Cover and cook on low-medium for twenty minutes. Remove cover, add capers and red peppers flakes and now stir chicken to mix well. Top with Parsley and cheese. Serve immediately.
