Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the broiler or grill.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine butter, chili powder, and chives.
Step 3
Put a small amount of seasoned butter on the top side of each steak.
Step 4
Grill or broil for about 5 minutes, then turn steaks and put another small amount of seasoned butter on each steak.
Step 5
(Don't use all the butter.)
Step 6
Grill or broil 5 minutes more, then use remaining butter to top the grilled fish.
Step 7
Serve hot.
