Step 1
Whip the cream for 1 minute. Then add sugar and cream stiffener and mix until you get a fluffy consistency.

Step 2
Peel the tangerine, peel and slice the kiwi and peel the physalis
Step 3
Place a piece of cling film on the work surface. Place the toast slice in the middle.
Step 4
Put 2 tbsp of the whipped cream on the toast slice and spread well.
Step 5
The fruit is placed diagonally to form a flower. Place the tangerine in the corner with the thinner side on the diagonal (see video)
Step 6
Place the kiwi slice underneath. Next to it place the physalis. Then put some cream on the kiwi. Now place another physalis on the other side.
Step 7
Cover the fruits with the rest of the whipped cream.
Step 8
Put the second toast slice on top and wrap the sandwich compacty with the cling film.
Step 9
Let the sandwich rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Then cut it diagonally to reveal the flower.
