Instructions
Step 1
1. Fry off the Mushrooms with Olive Oil
2. Add in your Chopped Tomatoes
3. Microwave your pulses and add to the tomato and mushroom mix
4. Mix in Salt, Pepper, Cinnamon and Lemon
5. Slice your Aubergine and Courgette into sheet like slices, lay a few on the bottom, top with your hot mix from the saucepan, then layer cheese, then layer more aubergine and Courgette, then the saucepan mix, keep doing these layers until all ingredients are used! Top with more cheese.
6. Pop in the oven on 180° for 30-40 minutes!
