Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣ wash the chives then chop then really small
Step 2
2️⃣ mix the feta, mozzarella, Queso fresco and chives together
Step 3
3️⃣ fill the chapati / pratha with 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cheese filling
Step 4
4️⃣ cook them in a nonstick skillet on low to medium heat until both sides are brown and enjoy
