4chicken breasts
cut into chunks
60glow fat butter
3 Tbspcrème fraiche
salt
pepper
coriander
to garnish
400gcan of chopped tomatoes
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the chicken and toss to coat in the herbs and spices. If you have time, cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. If not, just continue with the recipe.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients, except the crème fraîche, in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. Stir in the crème fraîche and garnish with fresh coriander.
Step 3
Serve with cooked rice per person adding an extra 260 calories to the meal.
